Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I schedule training on engines for locations all around Europe. I then offer these courses out to a number of stakeholders and proceed with booking technicians onto the course. I work closely with the instructors to make sure everything is all good before their classes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme, I have learnt so much since I have started. I have enjoyed every day I have been here.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skills. Before I had no clue about excel, but now I am intermediate level as I was sent on courses. I have also brushed up on skills I already had but just needed some work on.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well structured. I know the exact timeline that I need to do things by and it is structured in a way that all the tasks follow on/link to one another. So a lot of the time I am taking what I know and applying it elsewhere.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive so much support from my employer, every time I have needed help, they have been there. I am constantly being checked on to make sure I understand everything and feel okay.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support towards my qualifications. If I am ever in need of help with my work I can ask my team and they will support me in the best possible way they can.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

After completing my tasks, I get a deeper understanding of why we do things the way we do. It helps with my day to day tasks as well as unique ones.
