The Overall Rating is the average of all the ratings given in each category. We take those individual ratings and combine them into one final score!

5/5 - Overview of Role
5/5 - Skills Development
5/5 - Structure and Support

Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Designing and implementing changes that benefit our customers, putting things right for them when they have gone wrong, rebuilding trust in the organisation and banking in general
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The level 7 post graduate diploma I am enrolled in provides an excellent mix of academic research skills, knowledge, and ways to implement and use these new skills and knowledge in a practical sense and in day to day behaviours

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Both. Taking existing leadership and management skills and experience and building out greater depth and knowledge on these, as well as building out new areas of expertise

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme provides multiple layers of structure and support. Clarity on overall aims and dedicated contacts, academic professors dedicated to specific academic subjects, plus contacts helping with apprenticeship standards etc.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My line manager, my peers and other programme students provide support. My line manager provides regular direct support, the organisation provides wider support including time away from day to day work and networking including joining up other students for networking and peer to peer support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Face to face workshops, meetings, team and intake level. One to one check ins with academic and apprenticeship support. Availability of people for technical support, guidance, welfare directly too.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Even though I have not completed the qualification, the training helps inform and deepen my understanding of my organisation, the role, and giving me new skills to apply day to day.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Lots. Sports and Social clubs at local levels arrange purely social events. The organisation also supports (financially and with time off work) for sports activities; a colleague takes time off and has the entry costs paid to enter marathons. There are several professional networking options, internally and externally.
