I now run a team of dedicated staff to provide care and support to adults with complex needs to live in their own homes with as much control over their lives as possible.

Care is a very complex environment to work in and no two days are ever the same. The programme helped me to build structures and working practices that help priorities workload and provide the most efficient plans for service delivery.
