To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I've had a lot of support from my employer, but found working with my provider could be bulky or awkward when delivering the content and prepping for end point assessment.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt a huge amount of new skills due to the apprenticeship when it comes to thinking and working more strategically in my role.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Within my role I have lots of opportunity to increase my knowledge but my provider could be better in structuring the course so it doesn't feel overloaded at the end

Yes we have employee networks where employees can join together on shared interest as well as employee celebrations through out the year
