- Dealing with customer enquires in a timely manor through various channels such as email, live chat, and phone.
- Operating as a contact center directing customers to appropriate teams/ contacts where required.
- Managed the Dataplates printing/ shipping process.
- Provided software subscriptions to internal/ external customers.
- Helped upload product registrations.

Brilliant company, offering a great apprenticeship with opportunity's to work with various teams and get a real understanding of the company's day-to-day operations.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of apprenticeship.

Yes most definitely, including customer service/ speaking/ person skills.
Skills such as active listening, empathy, and resilience.

Would say quite well it definitely helps you dig for more experience doing certain tasks that the criteria requires that you may otherwise not have.
