i go out and fix any machines/robots/production lines that have broken down there are also projects that i can get on with when there are no breakdowns

i have learnt lots of fault finding mechanically and electrically ive learnt loads of mechanical principles and loads of electrical principles and ive also learnt alot on PLCs

mate they don't teach owt of value I'm doing a maintenance apprenticeship they're teaching (very poorly) about project management and quality and stuff ill never use

Why?
learn loads of important skills and techniques that can take you anywhere in engineering the guys that teach me all come from different specialist backgrounds one was a machinist a few were service engineers one was aa panel wirer so they all teach me lots that they've learnt from previous roles meaning if i move on from here i can follow a number of paths about engineering
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cummins?
be confident ask questions and don't apply if your not interested its a waste of everyone's time and we can always tell
