It definitely gives a good starting point with engineering but isn't particularly tailored to my job

As part of our 'stretch' programmes we can visit local schools and collages to provide careers talks, there are many apprenticeship groups to join that plan social events. The wider working teams are usually quite social and will meet up outside of work
