Doing civil engineering design works as well as supervising our workforce out on site and ensuring there adhering to their RAMs and also a little bit of project management within the construction industry
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as it puts me in great sted for a good career path and i also work with a good bunch of people which makes coming to the office enjoyable

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed loads of new skills especially the use of CAD for 2D and 3D modelling

My programme is decently structured as I have college one day a week and then work for the other 3

There is 5 aside football on a Wednesday after work as well as the apprentices go to the pub after work on a Thursday
