Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Supported project teams business wide taking on tasks that have developed my risk management, stakeholder management and leadership. Day to day roles included managing risks, procuring hardware and software, managing reporting submissions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme and being able to work and learn at the same time as being paid.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a plethora of skills in risk management, stakeholder management, financial control of projects, governance, leadership, collaboration, innovation, resourcefullness.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very structured. We have university one day a week and have a training plan in which our progress is checked against every 3 months in a learner progress review.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We receive lots of support from line managers, skills coach, functional leads.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We receive lots of support from the uni including webinars, module FAQ boards and PAT support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I often find that the university content helps me understand my workplace role.
