Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
During first year I was at college, gaining essential skills like soldering, fault finding etc.
Second year I was on-site undertaking placements in various departments in the company. I would work closely with each team, understanding their day to day roles and have a go myself, I really enjoyed it! Third year is my final placement and I am gaining essential skills for the job role and understanding their line of work on a deeper level.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I have really enjoyed my apprenticeship programme. I have learnt a variety of skills I would not have learnt from a text book, like project management, soldering, how to navigate work place relationships and more.
