My role involves a mix of jobs from general admin to serving customers for both holiday bookings and foreign currency. It is quite a fast paced working environment but very rewarding.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship programme and felt very supported throughout :)

I have learned how to sell properly aswell as having developed my people skills and my attention to detail.

It is well structured with training that covers every aspect of your job and supports you when you get back into the shop to deliver customer service.

I received support throughout not only from my trainers but my colleagues and managers in branch aswell

My trainers have been fantastic and constantly keep in touch to provide feedback on my work and progress

I would definitely go for it as it has changed my life in a very positive way and it is great being able to help customers in getting their dream holidays
