My job role involves a lot of hands on work in our workshop learning skills such as how to operate tools and machinery and general engineering knowledge. There is also a lot of theory work involved including math, engineering communications and health and safety.

Babcock is a great company with a great support system and as a bonus very nice starting salary especially if my friend was going to them straight out of school.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Babcock International Group?
Ensure you are ready for the step up in work from being in education and also ensure you have a genuine interest in what you are applying for otherwise it will become more difficult for you.
