Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Depends on placement, currently in a role which has more analysis based work around the financials of the company, performance, costs, sales etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy my programme very much, I have been in many teams, learning lots about the different elements of finance and how it all comes together.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, I have developed my excel and overall microsoft word skills, i have also developed my presentation skills and overall people skills, how to showcase info to different audiences, how to properly show someone a new task etc

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
It is a structured programme overall, there is a placement plan and timeframe to move teams. However as I was the first apprentice in this scheme, there has been some trial and error regarding some things which I am happy with as it helps pave the way for the other apprentices in the years' below me to ensure they are happy
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Excellent support, there are finance people for the day to day that can support me with my work, there is a finance apprenticeship team that can help with any of my apprenticeship directly related to the finance elements ie qualification, placements etc and there is a local apprenticeship team that can help with things overall around the apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
They provide classes, videos, allow you to request a tutor and give you plenty of resources for my exams to help pass, and if I fail I can access re sit materials to help prepare with new resources.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
There are things that i can directly relate to my work and some things that are of no relevance, however it all comes together making my understanding for my work better as I progress
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
5 a side football with some people, some finance, some non finance
