I've learnt many skills in my role - beyond project management specifics such as risk management or project frameworks - I've learnt soft skills including improved communication, confidence and critical thinking.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The apprenticeship is well-structured, but our day-to-day role does not have a structure that purposely links to the programme.

Very well supported.

5/5
Very well supported.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
There is a strong link in the content we learn to the work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes definitely. A lot of the social activities are self-initiated as many people work from home, but there are a lot of networking and group events.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Computacenter to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Very flexible and accommodating company. The culture is extremely supportive, especially being early-on in your career in a learning role - it's a great environment to develop in.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Computacenter?
Be yourself, for many of the roles the assessments are there to get a feel for your soft skills e.g. interpersonal and communication.
