The apprenticeship program consists of online module training around IT sales skills such as customer management, negotiation training etc., then online calls and cadences with the apprenticeship team to catch up then in person sessions every couple of months where we gather to practice skills, look at tactics in depth, present and more
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

great in person sessions find them really engaging. team are really friendly and nice. good basic IT sales skills. Online modules can be very repetitive and not engaging

great supportive team who always reply online and great in person. Regular catch ups too

better confidence in speaking, good for competitor analysis and stakeholder mapping. Some things are a bit too general in sales that wouldn't be used in my actual role
