Managing cost and time on defence projects. Making sure the reporting cycle is being followed correctly and that the data required for weekly and monthly reviews is available and accurate.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Excel, SAP, scheduling in MS Project have all improved. My general understanding of project management/control has grown immensely. Developed Tableau skills as well.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel like the company has not set up learning opportunities in the workplace effectively. They are there but you have to find all of them yourself. Whilst that isn't necessarily the worst thing I don't think having more structure would hurt.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The trainer provider is effective and engaging.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Whilst the trainer teaches project control at a more advanced and complex manner, the way it is employed at work falls below this and it is therefore somewhat wasted.
