Have had no doubts about my choice to enter this scheme and feel fully fulfilled in terms of workload and the type of work im doing, as well as the part time degree learning

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt many hands on skills for product fault finding / construction as well as knowledge behind why certain design choices are made. Also all of the learning at university supports this

Very well organised. Scheme is quite fluid which allows changes where necessary

If any issues arise employer/manager provides all of the support needed and any struggles are dealt with quickly and efficiently
