For trainees and solicitor apprentices, CMS provides an excellent environment for training, with supportive and approachable colleagues and plenty of opportunities to gain hands-on experience. The firm also provides a range of secondment opportunities, both with clients and internationally, allowing you to develop a broader understanding of how the law operates across different commercial and cultural contexts. Overall, it’s a great place to start your legal career and build a strong foundation.
