At the moment, I am moving boxes, helping deliveries, taking rubbish to skips and cable managing. I have also been involved with work to do with cloud based services.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning when I have the opportunity to do so from training weeks and on the job learning.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Currently, I have slightly expanded previous knowledge, however have not put this to practice as of yet.

With the help of our training provider, the programme is very well structured and pushes us.

Firebrand offers amazing support and my training mentor tries his best in order to ensure we are comfortable and can come to him with any issues and concerns. Firebrand offers support towards gaining my qualifications to ensuring our timesheets are updated and that our learning is being completed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
