Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I was an apprentice with a partner provider, we had to complete training on various elements of the role as a salesperson covering account management, technical skills and many more. It was a lot of understanding core principles, and then actioning them after to see how they translate to our roles.

5/5
How interactive every session was, it kept it very engaging

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Definitely developed a lot of skills such as competitor analysis, presenting and more. I would also say negotiation was something I had very limited experience in, so learning tactics for this and getting to practice them was certainly a good new skill.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Very well it starts with good basics, and you get to build on these very well throughout the programme.

5/5
A lot of support throughout, there are consistent check ins and support available
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
The training provider are very good at having check ins every month, support workshops available and are constantly available to offer help when needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I think it helps me understand the sales process more completely and develop skills that translate very well into the role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I am a sports coach and play a lot of competitive sport outside of work.
