As an Apprentice Travel Consultant, I assist clients with travel planning, bookings, and enquiries. On a day-to-day basis, this involves researching travel options, coordinating with suppliers, managing customer requests, and providing excellent service to ensure smooth travel experiences.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme to a large extent. It provides valuable hands-on experience, opportunities to learn from my team, and a chance to develop my skills in a real-world travel consultancy environment. While there have been challenges, overall it has been rewarding and engaging.
