To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Some of it was very interesting and good skills to learn. The structure of learning was bad and doesnt seem to apply to real world scenarios well.

The pre certificate learning material was very basic and then we had 2-5 day bootcamps of very long intensive learning.

Its a great company, has plenty of interesting projects to work on, my colleagues are all very friendly and supportive, they invest in your progression.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Computacenter?
They are personality over skills - they will happily invest in you and develop your skills. As a consultant, its much more valuable to have interpersonal skills.
