Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I support Christie’s global TSS team by coordinating training activities, managing the training calendar and performance stats, and maintaining learning resources. I assist colleagues across London, New York, and Hong Kong with system and process queries, and contribute to team projects such as data checks and digital resource updates. I also provide sale support to Art Departments, giving me hands‑on insight into Christie’s workflows and the full sale process.
