I analyse business needs, improve processes and support system changes, building on my previous role where I focused heavily on coordination and knowledge management. This experience informs my approach, ensuring solutions are practical, user-focused and aligned with operational workflows, while also supporting clear guidance and adoption across teams.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My apprenticeship programme allows me to gain academic and theoretical knowledge that directly supports my day-to-day work, strategy and decision-making. Studying at university level while continuing to work is a unique opportunity, and applying practical experience alongside theory when completing assignments allows me to explore the business and specific topics more deeply, giving me fresh perspectives on both the company and the art market.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have enhanced my existing skills and gained new ones, applying management and leadership models alongside project and team management frameworks in practical contexts. I have also developed advanced Excel capabilities and sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills. These experiences have been instrumental in supporting my career progression, helping me successfully transition into a new role within the company.
