Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
In my role, I support the EMEA Recruitment team by managing early careers programmes, coordinating internship recruitment, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Day to day, I liaise with candidates and hiring managers and oversee key programmes like Work Experience.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I am really enjoying my programme, it like how it offers a great balance of learning, hands‑on experience, and opportunities to develop new skills.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I’ve developed strong recruitment coordination, communication, and organisational skills through managing candidates and early‑careers programmes

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Christie's is well structured and organised, everyone knows their role and
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I received a huge amount of support from my employer, not only ways to grow in my role but also ways to succeed in my apprenticeship course by providing opportunities to do so.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive a large amount of support from the training provider, with monthly check ups with my business coach and progresses reviews with my business coach and manager, help me to stay on track and help where necessary. The monthly workshops I partake in through my provider help us to answer large assignments for our qualification.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that the bits I learn from my apprenticeship directly correlate into my role as well as helping me to understand the wider areas of the business. Whilst my qualification is HR focused, mainly the recruitment aspects help me to perform better in my role, but the other aspects are helpful to know but don't explicitly correlate into my day to day role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes there are many social events to get involved in at Christie's, as an apprentice we have frequent socials organised by the recruitment team, we also have fun events throughout the year to help raise money for charity such as our wine tasting event.
