To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy the work aspect of the programme every day has new challenges and new people to communicate with. However university wise I do enjoy it but find it rather strenuous in terms of the workload alongside working as well on occasion.

5/5
I have learnt and developed many new skills and behaviours since starting the apprenticeship.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The placements structure is very well organised doing 3 or 6 month placements for the first 3 years and then 2 years on an exit role. It allows you to get a feel for the company as well as select a team that you most enjoyed working part of if they have space for another employees.

5/5
If I need any support it is pretty much all supplied by my employer.

5/5
Their is always the offer to contact them throughout the week alongside additional lessons if required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I don't particularly think the training from my provider and the role I do have a massive amount of correlation.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There is social events on occasion which are very good but alot of the social events are organised by individuals from work rather then work itself.
