Overall, the training has been very good. In my first few years with the firm, I received adequate support and development opportunities.

Line managers are very supportive, and the buddy system is helpful. However, HR support can be inconsistent, and queries are not always responded to in a timely manner.

In my department, the workload is fairly consistent throughout the year, so we don’t typically experience any particularly intense busy periods.
