Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Each day had a variety of different sessions. Some days were more talk-based e.g. on Impact Investing and Diversity, others consisted of group discussions and presentations. There was also a mix of technical sessions related to the industry and more social events like Bingo.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The business representatives were very candid and open about their experiences in the internships and current full time roles. Shining a light on the office culture, deal types and realistic hours. They also shared their highlights and tips to enter the role

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very welcoming and considerate of people's different business knowledge. There was a good structure of general division introductions to then a deeper dive into roles. They also highlighted diversity, inclusion, and building your own brand.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thoroughly enjoyed the Bank of America Spring Week. As explained, the sessions were varied, tailored to all my interests and allowed me to get a deeper insight into the firm. The day structure was also good, with not too long or short hours, with consideration for the time needed to prepare for the final-day assessment.
