To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very intense programme learning s large business with a lot of different opportunities, while undertaking a degree. Very rewarding and very fulfilling.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learning lots of skills in industry and through university. Digital skills and industry best practices. Lots of life skills too.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

DTS Scheme is relatively new and has a lot of moving parts, once fully matured the scheme will be much better.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Employer gives as much support as required, regular conversations about skills and development occur.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider is good, however have had some issues with assignments which usually do get rectified.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Initially they felt very seperate, however the more training at university, the more I find it to be relevant in work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes
Why?
Very good employer, with lots of support. Lots of really beneficial employee benefits and reward schemes. Very competitive pay structure.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Gain as many extra qualifications through online training alongside A-Levels/other equivalent qualifications. Don't let rejection put you down as the company receive thousands of applicants, apply as many times as required.
