Engaging with stakeholders of varying technical skills, extracting requirements to then develop and implement a digital technology solution in order to resolve their issue.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Work is work at the end of the day but besides that, it is thoroughly engaging with something new everyday or at least every placement (every six months)

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have had the opportunity to learn and also further develop many new skills, including but not limited to: Data analysis skills, interpersonal skills, time management, stakeholder management.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I believe it is cohesive and well structured, allocating enough time for University through Off the Job hours.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
In my experience, I feel thoroughly supported throughout my journey. I never have felt as if I could not ask for help if required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support from University is less than BAES, however I am in contact with University less.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As of Level 4, some parts of the degree are linked however I believe as time goes on and I progress through level 5 and 6, this will increase.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
