I learn all the key skills and basics of the role on a day-to-day basis with the support and encouragement from my team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is really interactive so i am learning the required skills quickly while also being exposed to wider activities which will prepare me to feel comfortable and confident when i exit the scheme.

Yes, i am learning new skills daily and requiring less support with tasks as i go along.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured with placement rotations every 6 months which ensures you get exposure to most of the business while in your aprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support from lots of different people including my line manager, colleagues, skills coach and college tutor.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor is a great help and always ensures we are on track without any worries or struggles.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I apply skills learnt at college very often during day to day tasks and other activities that aren't as frequent.

Yes, there are lots of stretch activities available to take part in as well as social events to network.
