Lack of apprenticeship related training, lack of higher ups interested in development. No contact from anyone regarding training and asking if everything is going okay.

Abysmal organisation, nobody is interested in the apprentices or bettering work. They throw you on a site and imagine you'll learn something without checking.

The lack of organisation and help being given by the ones in charge of the apprenticeship and management. When voicing concerns a bout lack of work emails and messages go ignored and nothing changes.
