I am now in my final placement and have had a number of varied roles. Some of the responsibilities i have had included adhoc admin tasks, putting together presentation packs and spreadsheets, action management, stakeholder management, newsletter production and support to exercise and training.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have had a lot of exciting opportunities including site tours and UK and international travel. The work is varied and all members of staff have been accommodating and welcoming. The work life balance is also great.

I have developed a huge amount of skills including IT, project management, communication and more.

Use the STAR method in your application, give specific examples of how you have used the skills you describe, learn a bit about the company and try to be confident. You don't need to be the top of the class, you need to demonstrate the desired behaviours and enthusiasm.
