Everyday varies depending on what team I am currently in (as we have rotations that last 1-2 months each). However, I work closely alongside team members helping with tasks and learning tools and skills.

I think this apprenticeship is really well organised and planned.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Absolutely - I am constantly learning new skills and developing existing ones, given the nature of the role. Its definitely one of the best parts about this apprenticeship.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Incredibly well structured around the apprenticeship goals and requirements, with flexibility if needs be.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Really good support, from wellbeing to additional needs support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Our training provider mentor speaks with us every 4-6 weeks, helps us with our projects and we are also able to book additional 121 time if needs be.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think the structure of the courses helps plan my study accordingly, which in term helps with my day to day role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are lots of different groups, however I think a lot of them are retired groups now.
