I enjoy the structure and overall process of being an apprentice with placements, training and university work

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Alot of skills have been developed since starting, especially alongside doing university. Doing tasks in my daily role has helped solidify these skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised and communicated through early careers, line managers etc and very open for a chat or any questions
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Alot of support and benefits are given for all sorts of areas, managers are easy to talk to and get help from and I feel very happy in the workplace.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a decent amount of support from my university, but not as much in comparison to my work. I havent used it as much so cant fully comment
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The degree links quite well and I can see how modules are/will be applied in my role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are alot of apprentice and graduate socials I take part in with a dedicated team for organising them. Makes me feel well integrated and they are alot of fun.
