Overall, how would you describe your experience at Thales?

I have had a very positive experience at Thales so far. I've learnt a lot during my graduate scheme and have made many friends along the way. I've also been presented with many opportunities to volunteer at various events.

The main responsibilities in my PMO role is data analysis, communication and teamwork. My current role has involves supporting project managers with the tools and guidance to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. Personally, I most enjoy the data analysis element of my role as I like manipulating data and finding trends which support data driven decision making in the project.

In my PMO role, I mainly act as supporting role to the project manager which provides me with opportunities to contribute to my team but I can be overruled by the PM.

The compensation package is competitive compared to the rest of the industry and Thales offers very generous perks and benefits, including 80 hours of volunteering for graduates and apprentices.
