Why?
There is a breadth of opportunity during and after an apprenticeship with BAE Systems. Starting and ongoing pay is competitive and there are very few places in the country where this kind of experience can be gained. There is financial support available for those moving for the position.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
The process of moving for my role was made significantly easier by moving in with one of my friends who also joined the business. Although this is unlikely to be applicable to most, it helped to smooth my transition tremendously.
