To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

when deciding which programme to do I felt I would have been out of my depth doing level 5 so chose to do the level 3, however I feel this is for people completely new to HR so I do find some of the things and topics we cover I already know a lot about.
There have been some bits that have been great though so far.
Would be fantastic if there was a level 4 that stretched the knowledge and learning from levels 3 o 5

Again at the moment I am finding that the skills we speak about are ones that I have covered in a course that I completed last year.

I know exactly what tasks are given to me and it is clear on when the deadline for those tasks are

I have recently had a change in line manager due to a restructure within the business which has meant there has been a gap for a few weeks.
Fortunately my line manager who I now have is currently doing an apprenticeship so he understands that I need to have time set aside to complete things.

Some of the things we have done have been great, especially around the different Acts

We have a inclusive culture event that launched last year which I am looking forward to being able to attend this year
