I expand my knowledge in HR by completing coursework set by Crosby as well as gaining development from my HR manager that contributes to my job.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it very much, I feel like I am learning so much about HR both in store and out. My trainers are excellent and provide amazing training and I feel like they build good relationships with their trainers.
