4 x 6 month placements within your function. Working as a project manager in my case, i work closely with my team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Placement side of the apprenticeship, really good. Support in early carers acn be poor if you get off to a bad start.

Support can be questionable however there is always someone available to help

Well layed out and strict curriculum. Could maybe be too strict as its a level 3 course
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Other than communication with stakeholders, the learning is very basic (as the course is) and doesnt link much to my role. The assignments are 80% evidence gathering
