My Placement changes each year which makes it an excellent place to develop and improve my personal and professional behaviours. You get hands on experience and treated like a full time member of staff with your own tasks to look after.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My personal and Professional skills have grown immensely. Since starting the programme i understand so many new tool sets and i am pushed to try and learn new things everyday. Furthermore my personal skills have developed and i have become more confident and relaxed in where i work.

There are a few hiccups but overall the programme is well structured and aims to get the best out of the apprentices
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Everyone in the company is very supportive and happy to sit and talk through anything you are struggling with and will try their best to support you to get you where you need to go.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I struggle with the Uni sides of things due to the way they have split it and how the course is being run. However all of the teaching staff are very supportive in making sure you understand the content.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it has added benefit to understanding how things are run as well as how things can differ slightly.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is a Social group for our site which plans monthly networking events, Multiple professional networking events per year and weekly sports teams such as football or running.
