Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Co-ordination of all learning and development within the organisation. Collaborating with stake holders and Heads of Department to best fit learning needs for all divisions of the organisation. Manage a budget that is set against strategic aims and objectives of the organisation. Develop commercial appropriate arms to the learning and development department to support the wider community of clinical education in primary care, organisational brand and recruitment prospects.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My apprenticeship is a perfect fit to my job role, each module supports my day-to-day activity and responsibilities. I am learning and taking practical tips away from each and every session. I love to her from my peers and share ideas and thoughts and equally get great support and valuable feedback from my personal tutor. I would recommend this training provider to anyone who thought that an apprenticeship route was a good option for their own learning journey and career progression.

Enough to support what I need to do - exposure to what I am learning and dveeloping in is there. Time protected to do assignmets has to be flexible due to the nature of the job role and commitments of timescales in org.
