Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Setting up and disposing of various technology. In the past, i have built Windows 11 devices. Work varies depending on current projects available.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Work can be tough, but i'm dedicated to learning as much as possible while having the best time i can.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learning how to put Windows 11 on devices, alongside a few troubleshooting methods. As well as some exposure to racking and stacking.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very structured in terms of certufications and projext writing on training side. Work side is also quite organised, but can be short notice.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel well supported.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider couldn't be doing any more. They are there for anything I need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Teaches me a lot that will help me to progress further in the future, as well as further understand some of what I'm doing now.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Great oppurtunity to build a career, meet lots of new people, and in my role specifically - travel a lot and see new places.

Don't be afraid to speak to new people. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you in any way they can.
