Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working in Treasury, asset and liability management, primarily reporting in Leeds e.g. Market Risk Reporting, Liquidity Regulatory Reporting. Analysing data, preparing reports, solving data quality issues, automation, LCR/PRA110 Reporting etc.

Developed a number of valuable skills on my scheme so far.. to name a few, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, presentation, technical skills etc.

I study accoutancy with Kaplan and they are top class, all materials and support required are readily available, with round the clock tutor support when needed.

My learning directly links to my day to day role therefore, it helps me contextualise everything I do on a daily basis

Yes, ASPIRE, our internal next generation talent network focused on social, mental health and wellbeing, charity, development and much more for apprentices and graduates at LBG. I involved in many ASPIRE events as well as BAU focused events such as Liquduity forums and lectures.
