My role encompassed a wide range of administrative duties that contributed to the Education & Development function within Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. This included supporting the coordination and delivery of programmes, maintaining accurate records, liaising with internal teams and external training providers, and helping to ensure that staff and learners had the resources and support they needed to succeed.
