Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My role was to answer customer quires through emails & phone calls. I monitored a group inbox for general inquiries. I would also assist my team in other admin tasks, such as hiring equipment & administering risk assessments.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I found the programme to be informative & useful. The course I was doing directly linked with customer service, so the two went well together.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
This course developed skills that I already had. I already had basic customer service skills, but this course & job really helped to improve on them.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
If I needed help I always got the support that I needed. I had routine check ups with my mentor & teacher who always checked on my progess & have me any guidance I needed. They were always friendly.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
When I needed help at work my co-workers were always available to help me. I was able to shadow different members of staff to learn what they do. I also had meetings with my manager to check in on how I was doing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My teacher in college was always very helpful & friendly. She gave me all the resources I needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
As my course was so heavily linked with my job role it helped me a lot.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
My team and I have socials outside of work. I have also attended action coach days where I have networked with other companies. Annually I have had a large meeting in the company where I have been able to meet other employees from outside the office (as the company in national).
