In my role I work closely with engineers and coordinate their schedules whilst monitoring my departments weekly targets. I have a responsibility to schedule and book in work for the engineers whilst tracking mileage and time.

When I first joint I was given a training timetable which clearly identified what I would be trained on each week.

Each month I have a progression meeting with my manager regarding my progression each month. This time allows me to gain feedback and act on it to develop myself even more.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My manager is very involved with all my work . She involves herself with meetings with my tutors and also helps create witness testimonies for my work to support me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My training provider sets work that corelates to my day to day role. This allows me to see clear examples of what I should and shouldn't do within my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

My department and I go on social gatherings to keep our relationships strong and reliable. My company host Christmas parties and company days to allow us to gather outside the working environment
