Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis my role changes but normally involves a few meetings, getting access to and editing spreadsheets (reporting), creating dashboards (similar to building websites but easier), managing access to dashboards and looking for patterns in our data. I spend one day a week on apprenticeship work which consists of learning modules and answering questions for my portfolio at the end.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love what I do as it fits my brain perfectly, It's flexible so I can work on what I feel like doing each day, I have a multitude of support so I'm never stuck however at the same time am pushed to build on areas/skills I am weaker on.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since starting I have built on a range of areas, some personal such as confidence, presenting and anxiety. On the other hand I have also gained more technical experience, such as learning how to use new tools, learning new areas like AI, software development and business analysis.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme has quite a good structure, it's all laid out well from the start so nothing crops up unexpectedly, and lots of information is given to ensure I understand. The only annoying thing is that, although rare, there's sometimes changes to the programme such as modules being replaced and coaches leaving.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a great deal of support from my employer, I can always ask my manager if I am stuck or unsure on something. I also have plenty of mental health support on hand to ensure I grow as a person and can help myself and others.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My coach provides a lot of support, I can email them at any point for small queries or book a meeting to have a more in depth conversation (like having a 1 on 1 tutor session). We also have monthly check-ins to make sure I don't fall behind and discuss if I need extra support in any areas.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My training provider makes my day to day life much easier, as I learn how to deal with a range of situations in practice before the real deal. It also lets me utilise new ideas and practices I can use at work which others haven't thought of/ currently use.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

All our apprentices are part of a group that communicate frequently and set up social events, we have had trips to London and Brighton as well as local pubs. We've also had smaller events such as coffee mornings and board game lunches.
