I am currently very early in the role and so my day-to-day work will likely change in the future. However, currently my role consists of more continuous development of myself and my skills, whilst completing various tasks to help the team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was split into a bootcamp portion with an external provider and the on-the-job learning portion. I have found the on-the-job portion of the apprenticeship enjoyable with lots of learning to be had.

I have had the chance to greatly improve my soft skills such as communication and collaboration.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured, with various points in the apprenticeship being signposts and important dates to consider. However, there have been some points where the organisation of the programme could have been better considered.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There are plenty of avenues of support within the company and the members of the team are quite supportive and open to questions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There have been workshops to go over different aspects of the apprenticeship such as the writing the portfolio and provides relevant information about the apprenticeship on their learning portal.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
