Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I haven't settled into to my role fully because I did a 16-week coding bootcamp first. However, not that I am working with the team, I am able to do a lot of research bout my project, ask questions and learn more about the team and the ways of working.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoyed the coding bootcamp as I was able to gain different programming skills and network with people.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, I have learnt the fundamentals of C++ and Java, which I had no prior experience before starting my apprenticeship.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
The organisation has not been completely smooth because have not been enrolled onto a project even though I completed the bootcamp over a month ago.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My employer has been really supportive and has offered help when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
The bootcamp was helpful and there was loads of support but after the bootcamp, there hasn't been enough guidance for me to feel confident in what I am doing in the apprentice work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
The material from the training provider was helpful but some of the content was not tailored towards the company. For example, a large amount of the teaching covered python but I don't use this programming language in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are always many events to attend.
